What kinds of deals are you looking for?

I'm focused on single-family homes in San Diego County, ideally priced under $1.5M with cosmetic or light structural value-add potential. Off-market is preferred, and I can move fast if the numbers make sense.

How long does a flip typically take?

Most of my projects are completed in 45–90 days, depending on the scope of work. I keep timelines tight so agents can get paid — and move on to the next opportunity quickly.

Can I stay on as the listing agent?

Absolutely. I believe in rewarding the agents who bring me deals. If you brought me the property, you’ll have first rights to list it once renovations are complete — and earn a second commission.

How fast can you fund?

I can fund in as little as 7–10 days, sometimes faster. I use private capital and have the flexibility to move without traditional lender delays.

Do you pay finder’s fees?

Yes — if you're not a licensed agent, I offer referral fees for qualified leads that result in a closed deal. Let’s talk to make sure it’s structured properly.

What if I’m not sure if the deal is good?

Send it over anyway. I underwrite deals same-day and will give you a fast yes or no — no pressure, no hard sell.
